    Most people know what they ’should’ be doing. But they’re just not doing it.

    There’s nothing special or unique about me.

    Q. I want to join but I can’t pay in Full, is there payment options?

    A. Short Answer: No

    Long Answer: Supercharged 28 is a short Challenge that’s expected to be done and dusted in a month. For this reason there’s no longer term payments
    (Plus it’s already a steal at that price considering many pay me 1000s to coach them)

    Q. Does it include a diet plan?

    YES. - A double-sided cheat sheet is included outlining what to eat, when to eat it, how to cook it, even with a shopping list for best result.  

    Fussy eater? That’s ok, we can discuss alternatives when you start.

    Q. What happens if I start and then fall behind?

    A. Commitment IS expected from this program, of course life gets in the way at times but this is an immersive.

    Fact is, if you do start to lag we WILL not let you hide, you’ll get a message from us asking where you were and what you need to get back on track ASAP.

    However, If you’re not willing to embrace this level of accountability? This program isn’t for you.

    Q. How long is it going to take me to do each day?

    A. Our Live training is 4 x per week 50 minutes worth at @6:10am-7am Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat

    On the other days we have 10-15 minute replays to do from the group or your chosen exercise to compensate.

    In short: At LEAST 2 minutes each day to get involved with the group posts, and

    50 minutes, 4 times per week

    Q. Are some parts ‘live’ and some not?

    A. When you sign up you’ll receive a 'physical' pack through the post also all the info to your WhatsApp / Facebook / Email inbox of all times, days etc and what you need to do. Me and/or my team will be in touch personally to guide you further after you sign up 

    All the live trainings happen from the gym on ZOOM @06:10am Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat.
